ULOGA STRATEŠKOG UPRAVLJANJA U USPEHU PROJEKATA U OBRAZOVNIM INSTITUCIJAMA

Cilj ovog istraživanja je ispitivanje uloge strateškog upravljanja u uspehu projekata u obrazovnim institucijama. Istraživanje je obuhvatilo 159 ispitanika iz različitih obrazovnih institucija, uključujući članove projektnih timova, menadžere i administrativno osoblje. Uzorak je odabran slučajnim metodom, a svi učesnici su potpisali informisani pristanak. Podaci su prikupljeni korišćenjem Skale procene značaja strateškog upravljanja, koja sadrži 20 tvrdnji ocenjenih na Likertovoj skali od 1 do 5. Hipoteze uključuju osnovnu hipotezu (H0) da strateško upravljanje značajno utiče na uspeh obrazovnih projekata i pomoćne hipoteze (H1 i H2) koje ispituju razlike u stavovima u zavisnosti od pola i starosne dobi ispitanika. Rezultati su pokazali da ispitanici generalno visoko ocenjuju ulogu strateškog upravljanja, sa prosečnim ocenama između 4.088 i 4.915. Statistički značajne razlike u stavovima u zavisnosti od pola potvrđene su za većinu tvrdnji, dok starosna dob nije pokazala značajan uticaj. Zaključak istraživanja je da strateško upravljanje igra ključnu ulogu u uspehu obrazovnih projekata, s posebnim fokusom na poboljšanje komunikacije i koordinacije među članovima tima.
