Sažetak


Kriza sa pandemijom COVID-19 pokazuje investitorima, kreatorima politike i široj javnosti da prirodne katastrofe mogu naneti ekonomsku štetu u ranije nezabeleženim razmerama. Pandemija je učinila da se iskustvo klijenata još više diferencira, pa banke, pružaoci finansijskih usluga i osiguravajuća društva moraju da optimizuju svoje operacije i da transformišu postojeće poslovne modele kako bi ispunili nove zahteve i izdržali pritisak konkurencije. Budući da su procesi "žila kucavica" snažno regulisanog poslovanja, moraju se prilagoditi promenama bez presedana. Promena poslovnih modela, disruptivne tehnologije i pritisci za usklađivanje prisiljavaju tradicionalne insitucije da reorganizuju način poslovanja. Digitalna transformacija, makrotrend koji je definisao proteklu deceniju, tokom 2020. godine ubrzala se neverovatnom brzinom. Kreativna nova rešenja napravljena su iz potrebe da se ljudi povežu uprkos fizičkoj udaljenosti. Pored toga, očekivanja klijenta su se promenila, pa mnogi od njih žele da im se pruže stalne personalizovane usluge. Ali, prelazak sa starog sistema pružanja usluga na savremena rešenja nikada nije bio lak zadatak.
