ZADOVOLJSTVO POSLOM KAO MERILO SUBJEKTIVNOG USPEHA U KARIJERI

Sažetak


Da bi organizacija mogla uspešno da posluje neophodno je da poznaje sve zaposlene i da uspostavi saglasnost između individualnih i organizacionih ciljeva, što znači da treba da sledi sledeću poslovnu filozofiju: “Veliki učinak i veliko zadovoljstvo pojedinca.” Ipak, ono što predstavlja osnovu kvalitetne radne organizacije jesu pouzdani zaposleni koji su zadovoljni svojim poslom, spremni da napreduju i uče i time i sebi i organizaciji donose profit, bilo u materijalnom ili nekom drugom smislu. Zaposleni koji nisu zadovoljni neće obavljati posao kako treba, što rađa direktnu materijalnu štetu. Osim toga, nezadovoljni zaposleni će želeti da napuste posao i u tom slučaju će svi resursi ranije uloženi u tog zaposlenog praktično biti bačeni u vodu. Da bi organizacija zdravo funkcionisala i donosila profit, potrebno je kontrolisati i unapređivati zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, jer upravo na zadovoljnim ljudskim resursima počiva uspešnost svake organizacije.
