Sažetak


ilj ovog rada je da se na osnovu mišljenja zaposlenih
otkrije strateški pristup upravljanja ljudskim resursima u Pošti Srbije.
Ukupan broj ispitanika je 102. Pored teorijskog dela, rad sadrži i empirijska istraživanja. Dakle, ovaj rad pruža značajne informacije sektoru koji ima
zadatak da razvija i rukovodi kadrovima u Pošti Srbije. Autori
su istraživanje sproveli metodom ankete, a dalji postupak obrade sproveden je zahvaljujući
statističkom programu SPSS verzija 26.
Predmet istraživanja je utvrđivanje stepena zadovoljstva poslom i radnom angažovanosti zaposlenih
u Pošti Srbije, kao i identifikovanje oblasti
u upravljanju ljudskim resursima koje

zahtevaju poboljšanje i unapređenje
