RAD OD KUĆE IZ PERPEKTIVE ZAPOSLENIH I MENADžERA

Sažetak


Razvoj tehnologije i ekonomija više zasnovana na znanju idealno su tlo za razvoj rada na daljinu koji je naročito postao trend poslednjih godina. Iako kao način rada postoji od devedesetih godina prošlog veka, slabije se primenjivao do trenutka početka pandemije COVID19 kada su organizacije širom sveta bile prinuđenje da se prilagode merama koje su vlade većine zemalja usvojile za kontrolu širenja zaraze i promene dotadašnji način rada. U radu je korišćena metoda analize sadržaja, kao naučna metoda za kvalitativnu obradu dostupne literature iz ove oblasti i analizu i sintezu znanja koje ona sadrži. Rezultati analize su pokazali da ovakav način rada omogućava bolji pristup talentima, povećanu produktivnost, niže troškove, veću individualnu fleksibilnost, bolje iskustvo zaposlenih. Rad od kuće ima i drugu stranu medalje koja se odnosi na udaljavanje zaposlenih, narušavanje kohezije unutar organizacije, problem kontrole rada zaposlenih itd. Organizovanje i vođenje ovakvog načina rada nije jednostavno ni za radnike ni za menadžere i zahteva dodatno angažovanje i trud. Tema je posebno aktuelna zbog činjenice da ovakav način rada postaje pravi trend među mlađim generacijama i nešto na šta se u budućnosti neće gledati samo kao na mogućnost, već na normalan deo jednog posla, te treba pronaći što idealnije modele njegovog finkcionisanja.
