UTICAJ INTERNE POSLOVNE KOMUNIKACIJE NA POSVEĆENOST ZAPOSLENIH U TURISTIČKIM PREDUZEĆIMA

Sažetak


Interna komunikacija predstavlja osnovnu komponentu uspešnog razvoja preduzeća i ima direktan uticaj na efikasnost, posvećenost, zadovoljstvo i motivaciju zaposlenih. Interna komunikacija je u direktnoj vezi sa ciljevima preduzeća i predstavlja temelj strateškog upravljanja. Preduzeća treba da teže upostavljanju optimalnog sistema interne komunikacije, radi izgradnje kvalitetnih odnosa među zaposlenima, timskog duha, posvećenosti, unapređenja sistema motivacije kao i podsticanja na inovacije i preduzimanje inicijative. Cilj ovog rada je analiza uticaja interne poslovne komunikacije na posvećenost zaposlenih u preduzećima koja se bave turizmom. Rezultati istraživanja pokazuju da interna poslovna komunikacija ima pozitivan uticaj na posvećenost zaposlenih. Menadžeri u preduzećima koja se bave turizmom, moraju imati u vidu benefite interne poslovne komunikacije i mogućnosti, koje njeno adekvatno korišćenje donosi, kada je reč o uticaju na posvećenost zaposlenih. Savremena turistička preduzeća u svetu sve veću pažnju posvećuju internoj komunikaciji i njenim uticajima, pa i srpska turistička preduzeća slede primer pozitivne poslovne prakse i na taj način unapređuju posvećenost zaposlenih.
