TRENDOVI U RAZVOJU INOVATIVNIH POSLOVNIH MODELA

Sažetak


Kompanije su danas primorane da posluju na globalnim tržištima u uslovima stalnih i turbulentnih promena u njihovom okruženju. Da bi u takvim uslovima bile u stanju da se održe na dug rok, primorane su da inoviraju i da stalno jačaju vlastite inovativne snage. Razmatranje jačanja vlastite inovativne snage izbija u sami vrh pitanja strateške agende kompanija. U tom smislu, u ovom radu se prezentuju skraćeni rezultati teorijskog desktop istraživanja koje je preduzeto u cilju  unapređenja inovativne snage kompanija. Istraživanjem i potonjom analizom identifikovani su relevantni inovativni poslovni modeli (IPM) kompanija, od kojih se ukratko prezentuju pojedini od njih (CANVAS,  UDIO,  WOIS i BLUE OCEAN Strategy), a koji  trenutno formiraju aktuelni trend  IPM.
